I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were much more spacious than I anticipated, especially given that we had a corner room. They felt clean and well-maintained, offering a nice and cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with staff members speaking English fluently and accommodating our needs promptly. The location couldn't have been better, situated right at the heart of Okaido station, providing easy access to all the major shops and the city center. However, the dining options were a bit on the pricey side, and the high prices did not necessarily match the value. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
